We have a very simple pricing model, charged monthly, based on your data capacity storage requirements covering all your various documents combined together.
There will typically be a small set up fee of around £300- £500 depending your actual requirements.
We do not charge per user or for licensing and offer free upgrades to the service to those customers signing up for 12 months or more.
At The Paperless Office we endeavour to keep our prices competitive at all times and prefer to forward a price list/quotation after we fully understand what you want for your organisation. This way we ensure our Customers get the best deal.
Our Platinum service is our standard offering and click on the link to get a full description. For the Diamond Service this gives you peace of mind knowing that your documents are backed up with extra resilience. We understand that organisations often have customised needs and so the Bespoke Service takes care of this.
For simple email archiving you can expect to invest as little as £150 per month for our Lite Start package.
Setting up more complicated bespoke services such as Automated Mailroom will be in the region of £2500 to £3000.
Rest assured you will never get a surprise as to what you will pay from The Paperless Office.
As we operate both an End User and Reseller business model please ask for the appropriate pricing model for your needs.
We do offer Support for End Users and for the first 2 enquiries per quarter this is included in the costs of the Platinum and Diamond Services.
After this you can purchase support tokens at £30 each which equate to upto 45 minutes of Telphone Support per token.
Our Consultancy and Project Management fees are consistent with IT industry standards as we believe that quality advice is definitely an investment and not a cost.
Example rates are £750 per day or £450 per half day.
As for Training we deliver this either at our offices in Manchester or Newport or we can come to your site. Fees are £600 per day.

- All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and are valid for 90 days.
- Prices are based on a minimum 6-month agreement with discounts available for 1-, 2- or 3-year contract periods.
- Prices are based on payment terms of monthly or quarterly in advance via direct debit on the 1st of the month subject to our standard terms and conditions.
- Prices include 2 Support Enquiries per End User per quarter for either the Diamond or Platinum Services. Thereafter Support tokens costing £30 each can be purchased enabling up to a maximum of 45 minutes of Telephone Support with one of our dedicated Support staff.
- Prices for Bespoke Service and Support will be agreed by email before this Service is activated.
